• Hey Jeff, I saw you a couple of weeks ago to tweak my new boots and I just wanted to write a quick note to say thank you. The pain that I was experiencing in my arch is GONE! You are a true miracle worker. I'm having a blast rippin' the slopes, something I couldn't do with those new boots until I saw you.  If you remember, you set up a temporary heel lift insole and it's perfect. I'll get in touch when the ski season is over and have you craft me a permanent one. Thanks man, I really appreciate all that you did for me.
